Oros Stokvel Competition — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Entrants must be permanent residents of the Republic of South Africa.
- Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and their immediate family members are excluded from entry.
3. Competition period
The competition opens on [open date] and closes at 23:59 SAST on 15 December 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form on the Oros Stokvel microsite with your full name, contact number, favourite Oros flavour, and province of residence. Each phone number may enter the competition once. Multiple entries from the same number will be rejected automatically.
5. Prize
The total prize pool is R20 000, to be shared among the winners as determined by the draw. The specific per-winner allocation will be confirmed at the time of the draw. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Draw and notification
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. Winners will be contacted on the phone number provided within 14 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
7. Personal information (POPIA)
By entering, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal information (name, phone number, favourite flavour, and province) for the purpose of administering this competition in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. Marketing communication is only sent if you have separately opted in.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the consent management page. Removal of your entry from the competition dataset can be requested by contacting [support email].
8. General
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
